About me
I like building simple things that solve real problems.
I’m driven by understanding the problem, building the right solution, and owning it all the way to production. For me, that means owning not just the code, but also testing, deployment, monitoring and the future of the system.
I believe the people building a system should stay close to the people using it. Regular feedback helps us make sure we’re solving the right problems and building things that actually matter.
I enjoy backend development, distributed systems and integrations, and I like moving between the details of programming and the bigger picture of architecture. I value simplicity, ownership, collaboration and continuously making things better.
Outside of work, I’m a dad to twin daughters, and I try to make sure life contains more than just software. I grew up in Roma on Gotland with my five siblings, and later moved to Stockholm to study at KTH. I’ve also run my own businesses since 2016, which has given me a broader perspective on product development, business and what it takes to actually bring something from an idea to something people use.
